Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, President Obama, Erik Holder, all members of the Congressional Black Caucus and the NAACP. We, the Americans who believe in justice, civil rights and the constitution must fight all your actions that are meant to bring harm, subvert the law or make George Zimmerman’s life a living hell. We do this because our eyes are not clouded by emotional misthought and racially motivated ignorance. You are not in a righteous battle for civil rights, and those that have fought righteously in the past, some giving all, would be horrified and ashamed at what you and those on the left have done to their once proud community. It is long since passed that you give up, give up your sociopolitical witch hunts against whitey, the system, or us creepy ass crackers, and turn your watchful eye inward. Through this introspection you will find that it is your own leadership, groups, and ignorance that is your downfall. You have turned in your chains, Jim Crow, seperate fountains and plantation masters for a different type of slavery, one where you have been convinced by the liberal agenda, not only that you cannot acheive and are not responsible for anything that you do, you have been convinced that all others are trying to hold you back. You continue to kill one another at an alarming rate of 93%, you are but 13% of the population and commit over 50% of gun murders and yet you continue to point your finger at others and claiming injustice. We call to you, stop these marches, end the retribution and become proud Americans and not merely the disgruntled tools of the party of race baiting. ~ Nick Pensabene.
During the night while I slept, Justice prevailed in this country. It prevailed over illegal and unwarranted pressure for a trial from a racist black President and his Racist Attorney General Erik Holder, it prevailed over a hand picked Judge and forced politically motivated prosecution, it prevailed over the self serving hate mongering fools in the black caucus, justice found a way, in this politically and emotionally media fueled frenzy to crucify a man who was merely defending himself from a physical assualt by someone whose motives were unknown to him. That Trayvon was killed is certainly sad, there were parts of this situation were handled badly by both sides, but none glaringly and specifically responsible as a 17 year old young man, who decided to completely take the law in his own hands and attack a man who was observing him. Justice also found a way to prevail over media misinformation directed specifically at the ignorant in order to cause racial polarization. So this morning in the aftermath of a just and legal proceedings, it was decided by some unhappy opportunistic savages to vandalize, burn, and riot in Oakland. I’m hoping it will end there, but so many will hang on to the ignorant misinformation that created this entire legal maelstrom. Remember in the first days of this incident, NBC edited and broadcasted the 911 tapes in such a way to make George Zimmerman to appear racist. The same George Zimmerman that mentored black youth and petitioned on behalf of a black homeless man who was mistreated by the police. This man not likely a racist was painted as one by the media, the President, the Attorney General, black special interest groups and many many whites who are motivated by such silliness as guilt for pass societal misdeeds of which they themselves were not involved. So the question that begs be asked, when will the real racists, the ones who cry racism at every turn, give up their vile, anti-social behavior, every time court judgements don’t go their way, and my answer is simple. When all of society holds every group, especially blacks, to the same and equal standard to which we hold all others. Racism is being kept alive and even allowed to flourish by those who will benifit from it the most. Today we must applaud the jury of six women from Florida who clearly saw through all the smoke to the simple fact, that George Zimmerman killed in self defense. ~ Nick Pensabene
“Agenda 21” (The United Nations) The want you out of your personal vehicles, they want you out of your homes, they want you moving out of the suburbs to centralized work and living areas equipped with massive public transportation. This radical socialist environmentalist agenda believes and pushes as part of the plan living quarters for all people of no more than 850 square feet. In order to create the regionalism they desire, the federal government in tandem with the United Nations will be witholding government services, roads, schools and other infrastructure in hopes to coerce you into moving to one of these giant regionalized city structures. That is how it will start and eventually under “eminent domain” all land will be forfeit. If this sounds far fetched, or horrifies you to your very core. I strongly suggest you google “Agenda 21” or go to Www.Un.org and read it yourself. This post merely covers the tip of the proverbial iceberg. If you haven’t heard of “Agenda 21” I urge you to wake up and take an active role in your freedom, and the future freedom of your children and your children’s children.

Today, July 4th we commemorate and celebrate our country’s “Declaration of Independence”, from a tyrannical England and it’s overtaxation, control without equal representation and heavy handed rule of law. In essence, today we celebrate freedom, those that originally declared it, those that have fought and died for it and for those in dwindling number who understand and still respect the concept. We were not given this freedom, we simply chose freedom over tyranny, and once that choice was made, the real work began, the job of convincing our oppressors that we were serious and steadfast in our intent. Two hundred and thirty seven years later we as United States citizens, face every day a tyranny unimagined by even our Forefathers, without so much as a whimper. Today freedom is such an abstract concept, as to belong only in a museum or to be thoughtlessly celebrated by the many who have no idea, or frankly, just do not care. Today when you celebrate the birth of this great nation and the men who had the intestinal fortitude to take the necessary actions to ensure its continuance, look not only back, but to our present and future. Those freedoms are diminished every day, and more often than not unnecessarily, and yet we allow it and still call ourselves patrotic Americans. If only being a true patriot was about waving the flag a couple of times a year, or who has the best picnic, potato salad, fireworks or the most alcohol we might still be the freest nation on the planet. Instead we are squanderers of the greatest natural gift bestowed upon us, our freedom. Happy Independence day to all my fellow patriots who understand that there is both a price and a cost for freedom, both of which, we are more than willing to pay. ~ Nick Pensabene
What offends you so much, that you believe it’s okay to infringe on anothers right, to change it. What cause is so important or worthy that we should ignore the document that is the very foundation upon which this country was built. I would say none, believing that no one, few or even many is as important as our beloved constitution. We are already witness to the irreparable damage that some of our blind and greedy changes to it have caused. How many times have you uttered the phrase, “someone has to do something about, or yhere ought to be a law against that”, what exactly do you think you a calling for, with that plea? You are practically begging for a more intrusive government and litterally asking for legislation in an already overly regulated society. Almost every problem out there has a viable solution, and 9 out of 10 times it is not more laws or bartering away of our freedoms. You can not legislate safety or security, any attempt to do such will merely take away much liberty with little actual return. It is because of this, that our nations lawbooks continue to swell, and law upon law new and redundant are added to the roles, without any change to the social condition that brought us here. It must end, and common sense must replace, cowardice, and our ineptitude at protecting ourselves, governing ourselves and educate the future generations, to instill the the truism, that a life without a strong measure of freedom is without worth. ~ Nick Pensabene
